Shipping Information

At Ateca Decoracion Store By Twentytwenty Finance Services LLC, we ship ornaments and decor pieces with one goal: arrive safely, packed properly, and on a clear timeline. This page explains where we ship, what shipping costs, and what to expect from checkout to delivery.


1) Where We Ship

United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • We ship to valid U.S. residential and commercial addresses.

  • We currently do not support international shipping.


2) Order Cut-Off & Processing

Because ornaments can be fragile, we take packing seriously. Orders are prepared carefully before they leave.

  • Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (PT)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT begin processing the next day

  • Processing (handling) time: 1–3 days (Mon–Sun)

You’ll receive:

  • an order confirmation email after purchase, and

  • a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package ships.


3) Transit Time & Total Delivery Window

  • Transit time: 3–7 days (Mon–Sun) after shipment

  • Typical total delivery window: 4–10 days from order placement to delivery

Delivery time can vary slightly based on:

  • order time relative to cut-off

  • carrier performance

  • weather conditions

  • peak holiday volume (ornament season gets… chaotic)


4) Shipping Fee

Flat rate shipping: $5.00 per order anywhere in the U.S.

  • No minimum order required

  • No surprise “handling” surcharges

  • Any applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout
    (If your checkout shows $0 tax, then congrats, you’re living the dream.)


5) Carriers & Tracking

We ship using reputable national carriers such as USPS or UPS.

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package from “label created” to “finally on your porch.”


6) Exceptions & Special Cases

Address Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout:

  • we can reship once the address is corrected

  • a $5.00 re-shipping fee will apply

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Ornaments can be delicate, so if something arrives damaged:

  • contact us as soon as possible with your order number

  • include clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.

Carrier or Weather Delays

Severe weather, major carrier disruptions, or federal holidays may extend delivery times. We’ll help where we can, but we can’t outrun a snowstorm or a USPS backlog.
