1) When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package leaves.

2) What’s the delivery time?
Transit is usually 3–7 days after shipment. Most orders arrive within 4–10 days total from the time you place the order (depending on cut-off time, carrier timing, and seasonal volume).

3) Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently. We ship to U.S. addresses only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

4) My ornament arrived damaged, what should I do?
Email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and help arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5) Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Contact us ASAP and include your order number.

6) How do returns work?
Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery for eligible items. Non-defective returns must be unused and in original packaging. Damaged/defective items are handled separately and usually require photos.

7) I didn’t receive a tracking email, what now?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, email us with your order number and we’ll help.
