Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2025

At Ateca Decoracion Store By Twentytwenty Finance Services LLC, we want you to feel comfortable purchasing decorative ornaments and home décor items from us. Because many of our products are fragile or decorative by nature, this policy explains clearly when returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1) Where This Policy Applies

This policy applies to orders purchased and delivered within the United States.

At this time, we do not support international returns.


2) Return Window

You may request a return within 20 days of:

  • the delivery date (for shipped orders), or

  • the purchase date shown on your receipt (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible for return or refund.


3) What Items Are Eligible for Return

Non-Defective Items

Non-defective items may be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is new, unused, and unassembled

  • Item is returned in its original packaging

  • All parts, inserts, manuals, and accessories are included

  • Item shows no signs of wear, installation, or handling damage

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will take care of it:

  • Items may be opened for inspection

  • Please keep all original packaging

  • Photos of the item and packaging may be required for verification

Proof of Purchase

A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return (Unless Defective)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift cards


4) How to Start a Return (Mail Returns Only)

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number

    • Include a brief explanation

    • Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label

  • Return shipping is free

  • No restocking fees


5) Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted and handled by mail.

  • Follow the same steps outlined above to initiate an exchange

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will pay the difference

  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method


6) Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days after arrival

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note: banks and card issuers may require additional time to post refunded funds.


7) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or declined

  • Carrier delays, weather events, or holiday slowdowns are not grounds for a refund unless the product arrives damaged

  • Non-defective returns missing original packaging may be declined if the item cannot be resold as new

  • Decorative items must be returned in resalable condition to qualify for non-defective returns
